@RickGlaser1: Hearing that Stephen Espinoza is silent on Twitter, he'll be screaming with vulgar language next week when I put out the "real" PPV number!

@RickGlaser1: Fight Night & tickets so dead that the homeless are turning down free tickets, & PPV numbers are tanking badly! #Mayhem

@RickGlaser1: And now, what you all have been waiting for, I'm issuing a very firm "don't buy" on tonight's #Showtime #Floyd Mayweather #Mayhem PPV.

So this guy is a MMA fan or something? He seems to hate either boxing or showtime.

Showtime put their whole investment entirely on Haymon fighters specially Floyd and you *****'s embraced it as god's plan for boxing. You people should kill each pther for ruining boxing!
I'm not going to be as vulgar as this but it is a true statement. Showtime's "building" of the sport wasn't about long term health of the sport, just a get rich quick scheme. The same people who support the Haymon payouts and stranglehold are now saying this is bad for the sport? What took you so long?

But...but... you do have a brain don't you? Fact: Espinoza didn't release a number in the Maidana 1 fight. Instead, weeks later, he announced that they're no longer releasing any PPV result. So...... what do you think the reasons are? If they did 1 million or close to that number, why keep quiet about it? What's the big dea?

Try to use your brain and use simple logic. If you're normal, you don't need anybody to think for you.

He's subtly bragging about knowing don king in the 90s. Seems like a wannabe to me. And he has a hardon for Espinoza

              the f#ck?

showbox has been awful for years. it's a waste of a friday night. good fights are very rare. it's just an opportunity for GBP, mayweather promotions fighters, to pad stats.

Yezzir. i hope show and hbo learnt that stats padding mismatches can fck with your bottom line.

This could be a sign that Showtime's boxing budget is drying up or it could be change in strategy. Haymon has that mega deal with NBC sports on the table along with Fox (which hasn't been growing like they hoped). But with the NBC deal, they'll take all those fights formerly relegated to Showbox and move them to NBC and free up budget on Showtime for bigger fights.

I'm wondering about Ivegen Khytrov now. He was supposed to fight on Showbox in November (I'm guessing against Paul Mendez or Louis Rose).

Not something I'd take Glaser on with all the Showtime people shooting it down... but it's worse if they're wrong since they're defending it pretty hard and Glaser is, as BPP put it, a troll who lives in his momma's basement

The sho box series from the hershman era was so good. Quality fights, very entertaining. Yeah Espinoza had to go mess that up as well. Dude sucks at his job. How is he even qualified to be in that position. He needs to be ***** smacked.
