Got to say, I was thinking the same thing as BJS when I heard that Eubank Jr was fighting in Liverpool as well. Sounds like a 'hand injury' waiting to happen. I actually think Eubank Jr will win this fight if it happens, but it doesn't look like Eubank Sr is too keen on the fight going ahead.

Saunders is going to look pretty foolish if he ends up losing to Eubanks. I know Eubanks hasn't fought anyone at all yet, but I believe he has some levels we haven't seen and I don't think they'd take the fight with Saunders if they thought they were outmatched. He has the option of building up without taking a risk like this. Meanwhile Saunders looks like a good fighter, but he's not that impressive. There's some factors here I'm just not sure of with these two.Comment

"He's a ******, he's just a little ******" WarBJSWhat I like about BJS is that he cuts right through all the BS.
His honesty is refreshing, especially as Eubank Jnr is a bit of a trash talker without really being able to back it up. (His record speaks for itself).
In reality I don't think the fight will happen for at least 12 months, but I'll be betting on BJS on a stoppage within 6 rounds.
I have seen Eubank Jnr fight live, he is not as good as people like to think.Comment

A lot of people are gonna be eating their words when Eubank gives BJS a good ass wooping. As athletes they're different levels , BJS is not world class and small at the weight. He is also classless. The Eubanks have succeeded in winding him up and it's gonna work in their favor.Comment

Yes, BJS will need to keep a level head and not play into Eubanks hand as Eubank does hit pretty hard, so be a bit careful at the very least.A lot of people are gonna be eating their words when Eubank gives BJS a good ass wooping. BJS not world class? Well, considering Eubanks hasn't fought the best domestic level fighters yet, you can hardly call Eubanks world class, and if you do you may be jumping the gun a tad prematurely.
Sparring with Froch don't make you world class.Comment

So,
Eubank Jnr is willing to risk his biggest payday (and title shot) to date by taking a warm up fight against a tomato can 4 weeks before he is down to fight BJS.
I don't know exactly what the purse for the BJS fight is - but it would easily be at least 10 X what he would get for the warm up fight in October.
So, why take such a crazy risk when he could get better quality, safer sparring?
Call me a cynic, but I believe that Eubank Jnr will still withdraw from the BJS fight with a mysterious injury - probably his hand / shoulder or similar.
I believe that Eubank Snr is pulling the strings - hyping the fight to generate publicity for his son's future career.
I might be wrong (hope so) but for me, all the signs are already there.Comment

BJS has predicted Eubank will pull out, so surely Eubank wouldn't do that, now that people think it. But that didn't stop Haye pull out of Fury fight when Fury predicted he would.
So lets see if Eubank is going to make Gypsy fairground crystal ball future readers have credibility.Comment
BJS at it again, I'm in tears
