He was actually pretty exciting before sanders destroyed him. He put some serious beatings on guys before that. Manny steward really saved his career by hiding his chin. Now he just does enough to win comfortably. I can't see anyone beating. Stiverne isn't active enough and would be a punching bag, wilder is a fragile tooth pick, no chance. He retires with the belts.
Who will dethrone Wladimir?

His chin is actually underrated. Sanders was one of the hardest punchers of all time, and he didn't KO him cold. Sanders rocked Vitali, one of the most iron chinned fighters of all time.He was actually pretty exciting before sanders destroyed him. He put some serious beatings on guys before that. Haye caught Vlad a couple times flush, nothing happened. Vladimir has a good chin, Vitali is iron chinned.Comment

Maybe Joshua two years later. He will be fresher and hungrier and still in perfect age but Wlad will be older. And this is just a bold pick since wedon't know how Joshua will do against more serious comeptition but I see big potential in him.Comment

I would say he retires undefeated unless he sticks around way too long. Of course, he could always get hit with a monster shot but his fighting style makes that very unlikely. Wlad is a lot more savvy now so even if he's hurt I think he'll have better survival tactics. I don't see anyone beating him by decision at the moment.
i'm not sure if you're implying that he's never lost, or just that he goes undefeated for the rest of his career.
wladimir has lost three fights, all by knockout. once to corrie sanders, once to lamon brewster, and once to journeyman ross puritty.Comment

LOL
Two for Wilder....
No, you are OVERrating his chin, that chin is pure glass, Sanders is not an all time great puncher, fair enough he hit hard but the others didn't exactly hit like Foreman did they? His chin is actually underrated. You're right, Joshua may have the tools but it's too early to tell right now. His chin hasn't been testes and he hasn't fought anyone even on British level, I think 2 years is very optimistic, especially considering AJs handlers are very conservative and he himself is a cautious guy. I think it's another 3 years minimum before he gets in the ring with any alphabet title holder.Comment

You don't piss me off, I like you. But I am quite sure you would like the HW champ of the world to be American, and it bothers you a bit.
You have to accept just supporting Andre Ward, at least he is 168pounds. He headbutted and clinched Kessler all the time though, and he ducked the Froch rematch.Comment

Wilder clearly isn't as skilled as Wladimir but i genuinely believe he is the one to KO Wladimir because of his power/size/reach and the mental aspect it would play on Wlad... Wladimir is overly cautious after those 3 knockout losses he suffered regardless of who he fights let alone Wilder. Against smaller guys like Povetkin, Mormeck etc he could clinch constantly or lean his weight on him but with someone of equal height and reach it won't be so easy.
Any heavyweight who fights Wilder is going to be wary in the back of their mind and rightly so, a 32-0 32KO heavyweight standing in front of them. Regardless of what you think of his level of opposition, a 100% KO record shows legit power. While Wladimir is hesistant he could be bombed by a right hand.Comment
