I'm not so sure Maidana doesn't just put a beating on him and stop him. Canelo is not the same level of boxer that Floyd is. Yeah, he has size, but I don't think he has a high enough work rate to beat Maidana. Marcos isn't just a brawler. I think he would be able to get to Canelo regularly and hurt him. Also, remember that Shane said Floyd and Canelo have about the same level of power.
