Those people consistently get piss drunk and make a fool of themselves, then they wake up the next day and apologize for getting sloppy....pretty accurate depiction of a college aged partier. I've smoked that "legal" stuff before and it really doesn't look like weed. It is usually all fluffy and looks like something taken from a random bush or something. There is some stuff that looks like nuggets but it doesn't break up like weed does and has to be smoked out of a bowl. This is just from my experience with it.
