Oscar better tread lightly as far as moving his main guys back over to HBO just because he's friends with Bob now.

First it's BHOP and now it's Canelo.

But he needs to understand that throwing Showtime in the dust like that won't work. Especially not in the long run when 80% of Golden Boy's stable is signed to Al Haymon, who will eventually move his guys over to Mayweather Promotions once Schaefer gets on hand. And where does Oscar think those guys will fight? Yup you guessed it, right on Showtime. Does he really think Golden Boy will be as vibrant as it currently is with no fighters of note other than Canelo?

That time came and went, he has made his moves and now needs to follow through full force as that is the only way he will succeed. That was a long time ago he chose the path he is on now but will it work who knows. The old plans seemed pretty close to fruition when Oscar decided he wanted to totally change the direction of his company those sort of moves are hugely risky in any field but there is no going back only forward.

Why would anyone have a major issue with that his life and his money, you should wish him good luck because he will probably need that.
