Hagler.......
Hagler is the greatest middleweight of all-time IMO. Toney was a great fighter but he was too fearless and arrogant for his own good at times. No version of Toney beats Hagler. Hagler reminded me of a construction worker who prepared a lunch for work every day and never forgot his hard hat. He was a hard fighter to beat or outwork. His power jab was a thing of beauty. I think a Monzon/Hagler fight would've been as good! Good fantasy fight here, though. -
Hagler but toney would make him work for it.. Hagler is just too multi dimensional for toney.. I think haglers jab either from the left or right, one of them would bother toney and hagler would outwork him from the outside...
I do think that hagler would eat some brutal shots from toney throughout the fight..
But toney is too sporadic during a fight to be able to best hagler..Comment
