Rigo beat Donaire 12-0 ffs. That's a HOFamer in his prime right there. Wlad has been dominating his division for the last 10 years without a hiccup and Manny is coming off an impressive win over Bradley.

Impressive win over bradley? no impressive, workman like, average, with no KO, something that is supposed to be his hallmark. Top 7 for sure, not top 5, he needs to fight a true threat. Rios, Bradley, and Chris are not a true danger to Manny in the ring
