Kirkland is a really smart guy, he picked a cherry pick fight, agaisnt a fighter with a terrible record but when he wins he will get full credit because so many picked Rosado. I always thought Kirkland was kinda dumb but damn, he knows what he doing.

What has Kirkland done to garner this reputation? I never saw any extreme amount of skill in the guy and it looked like he peaked 5 years ago. Add to the fact his career has been extremely inconsistent and has fought twice in 2 years and I feel you're going to be disappointed. He's basically a poor mans Jeff Lacy.

And whats Rosado a guy who wins twice than loses? Who would you compare him 2? Believe it or not Rosado is more inconsistent than Kirkland .

I think Rosado would have a tough time with Tapia, Id also bet agaisnt him in that fight as well before the Kirkland fight.

Great match up. I give a small edge to Rosado due to activity and boxing ability.
People always talk about Kirklands great endurance but I see him gassing as he misses wildly and has trouble with Rosados movement.

Rosado will pot shot and it may work.

If Rosado had good movement or defence he wouldn't be busted up so much.

Relax... I don't call him Pac, Floyd, or any fighter with great movement.
Kirkland is stationary and has terrible footwork, Rosado can move and will. Most of the fighters that busted his face were boxers...and he gave them good work. With the exception of GGG.

We can just call him a a bigger, more durable, more experienced version of Glen Tapia and I wouldn't be comfortable betting on Kirkland. Over the past few years Rosado has been consistently facing top opposition while this will only be Kirklands 3rd fight.

Rosado has the tools to pull the upset, if Rosado's chin holds up then he can give Kirkland a hell of a fight. Might even drop him Ishida style with a quick crisp right hand.
