Pacquiao or Rigo at 122?

Would rigo have the toughness to get back up after manny drops him and still counter effectively or would he shell up..

No doubt rigo gets dropped more than once in this fight, and then he will shell up and just move around, make it a boring fight and lose on points...

Rigo is a defensive master just as much as manny is an offensive master. Rigo won't do enough to win a decision, especially considering he will lose points in the knockdowns

Good point but it was basically the same manny, his style was the same from 122-126.. Really didn't start changing till the latter part of his 130 run..

I just think manny would be too much of a whirlwind for rigo..

How can you say you don't think he can take a shot and get up to win when he did exactly that to beat Donaire, who hits as hard as anyone. Manny is not some mythical creature, he's a man and if he lunges in against Rigo at 122, he'll be the one getting put on his ass. Much MUCH lesser fighters have done it.

Manny at bantam was a much better puncher than doanire simply because he let his hands go more... Rigo has been dropped by lesser guys than manny.. Donaire hardly letting his hands go and being tentative was able to knock down rigo once, a hyper aggressive bomb throwing manny would knock rigo down repeatedly..

style wise, you favor rigondeaux. styles do make fights, but so do physical attributes. manny's power carried all the way to welterweight. he could knock rigondeaux out, and that's exactly what i think he'd do.
