Comments Thread For: Smith Has Family Incentive To Unseat Arthur Abraham

PAUL SMITH goes for global glory on Saturday - but says he is only the fourth-best boxer in his family.

Scouse scrapper Smith has three younger brothers who are also pros and rates them all better than himself.

Like Paul, super-featherweight Stephen and light-middleweight Liam have also won British titles, while youngest brother Callum - an unbeaten super-middleweight - is tipped to be best of the lot.

Unfortunately for Paul, even a faded Abraham will be enough to stop him. He's just not a world class or European class fighter and has done well to win a British title at that.

Ohh yeah, I remember this dude was briefly on the contender but left for some reason. He looked like he was one of the better fighters there and would have made it to the end. So if he just an opponent in this one, or viable I want to check this out now

What are you talking about you ****** dumb melt. My nan could beat Arrrturrr AbwaaaHAM. Timing and distance, it's easy. I'd fight the useless pr!ck in a heartbeat, i'd knock him out inside 2 rounds.

Nah, this is as easy as fights can get. Smith on points, a WIDE decision, in Germany.

Dont forget too, i know more about boxing than everyone on this forum combined, so trust me, i'm correct.

Abraham has put in a few sloppy performances of late. Smith will have to hope he puts in another, while he himself has the performance of his career.
He can be a tidy boxer Smith..can't see him having the power to trouble AA though.

I'll be rooting for Smith though.

Paul Smith will get flattened in round 4 I believe. Just not good enough.
