Freedie was aksed if Ruslan would fight Herrera (the guy robbed by Danny Garcia) or Abregu. He said Abregu was too big for Ruslan at 147, and refused to fight at a CW. If he's too big for Ruslan, and won't fight at a CW, i'm sure Freddie thinks he's to big for Manny. Even Manny asked Algeri for CW of 144.
