chavez wants to finish his contract. But Arum wants to attach an extension in the negotiations for the final contracted fight. I side with jr on this one. Arum is sneaky .

Chavez.jr may be tempted with much more lucrative fights like Canelo or Golovkin.

They are more popular in the US then Froch and they are much bigger fights Froch should fight DeGale at the Nottingham Forest Stadium and then retire

He's going to fight Degale at the 02 next January.

He basically confirmed it on IFLTV post fight.

It sounded more to me like he said he was being pushed into it, and said DeGale might end up fighting for the IBF strap, but maybe not against him.

He feels he's done enough for people to want to see him fight - not just fight for a world title. And he's right. Froch doesn't have to have a belt.

I hope he vacates and either waits for a summer fight in Vegas or fights Kessler a third time.

I can just see DeGale stinking the joint up already.

There's almost no buzz for a DeGale fight. At this point, the only fights Froch should be targeting are: Kessler III, Chavez Jr, Ward rematch, GGG.
