    Khan and Russell are very fast but also sloppy, inaccurate and throw many arm punches.

        Mos def, usyk is also deceptively fast. He likes to switch gears,
        fast feets also and agile for his weight

          Loma was not as fast as Russel early on, but seemed to maintain his speed longer as Russel slowed down later in the fight. Loma's also a better mover. Fastest hands with power = Manny. Best tactical use of speed = Floyd. Raw speed = Khan. Best overall speed of feet and hand - Rigo (against Donaire he was frightening)

              Meldrick Taylor is the faster boxer of all time. (Even Roger Mayweather said this, and he knows his boxing history.)
