    So... Groves VS Anthony Dirrell?

So who you got in this one which probably will happen in the forseeable future?
I give the slightly edge to Dirrell after Groves' mediocre production yesterday but it's close.
And for those who don't know: Anthony Dirrell is the younger one who just defeated Bika no the one who competed years ago in the super six.

It's tricky. Grove has iggy my better skills but physically Dirrell is stronger. I think Dirrell has a better resume so I would favour him. Also like you say groves poor showing is a factor.

I'd favor Dirrell slightly. Hopefully the two reach some common ground and it happens.

Based on both fighters' last performances? Dirrell.

Both of them look vulnerable to me, so it's a good match-up. It's one that needs to happen.

I would love to see this. I still think Dirrell takes it.

Dirrell would spoil and make it ugly in the first half of the fight then turn it on when Groves has absolutely nothing left in the tank.

I'd love to see Groves smash him out though.

me too. idk why some people dont like this fight.

two hungry guys, one who just won his first title, desperate to hold on to it and with his confidence at an all tie high. another who just rebounded from two straight losses in title fights, who understands there may not be a fourth if he doesnt pull it off here. but if he does win his career will be elevate to a whole new status.

both are young and hungry, both have fairly good boxing skills and big power and most of all its a very evenly matched fight thats hard to call. whats not to like? they arent among the very best at 168 but they are world class as well as young and talented enough to improve further.

i cant wait for this fight. i slightly favor dirrell, neither guy is all that slick and both can really punch. i think dirrell is the stronger and more durable of the two which will play a big factor in this kind of fight. that said if groves can put froch on his ass he can do the same to anthony, like i said before he is going to be coming into this fight desperate for a W and that makes him dangerous.

                    Groves done

Dirrell would KO Groves. Groves is very timid now. Dirrell a true athletic marvel and now a bit battles tested with his 24 rounds with that brute Bika.
