The premise of your argument is that PAC was on PEDs in 08/09 because of his performances... despite him being at the age where most fighters reach their absolute prime.

Oscar was drained.

Cotto had been hurt by lesser fighters than Pac and had been stopped before.

Hatton came rushing in with his hands down and a non existent defence.

And like I mentioned earlier, Pac was in his absolute prime.

How do you know PED's don't enhance power? History says otherwise. Take baseball for instance. Bonds, Sosa, McGwire, Canseco, etc all start hitting with much more power after getting on them.

Floyd had quicker legs in the 2nd Maidana fight than he had in the first fight. I guess he was on PED's in the second fight because his legs were quicker, right?

Floyd is one of the biggest hypocrite's out there. He's done worse in the past. But being a hypocrite doesn't make him a PED user today and doesn't change the fact that Ariza supplied Pac with PED's in 08/09.

We'll have to see if Floyd is juicing based on his future performances.

If he KO's Cotto, GGG, Andrade, Thurman, etc in the first 2-3 rounds, then we'll know something is up and that Floyd is on that good stuff.
