Khan vs. Floyd...put the hate aside for a moment..

I imagine this fight is going to happen in May 2015 and there's been lots of talk about the possible outcome etc...the question I have is: take away the fights Khan has been badly hurt against known big punches in Maidana and Garcia (don't know if Prescott is?) , has khan really ever been out boxed technically?
If Floyd can't hurt Khan with a perfect counter right hand I can actually see this fight being very competitive. I'm not a fan of either guy but I'd be willing to shell out the $ to see them fight if Khan got by a decent name in his next fight (not Lopez for christ sake).
The speed could be a big problem for Floyd now that he is obviously on the decline...

Khan's actually a good fight for Floyd. I honestly wouldn't complain.

Of course I'd love to see Khan fight Thurman or Brook to see if the Collazo fight wasn't just a young in his prime guy beating up a former 2 year alcoholic, but we're never going to see that, so it's a good fight for what's it worth.

Amir has never faced anyone with the skill and timing of Floyd. He is going to get picked apart. Mayweather will look like a million bucks against. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd starts walking him down in the second half of the fight.

I was hoping to see this fight May 2014 but that didn't happen. Khan vs Mayweather would be a great fight to watch honestly. If not Pacquiao for May 2015 I hope it is Khan. Khan better not lose in December lol

Much lesser fighters than Floyd have had no problems dealing with Khan's speed, so why would Floyd? Peterson, Garcia, Diaz etc..all handled it without much problem.

Khan has no ring IQ, bad defence, bad footwork, average power, not particularly strong, poor chin. He has good speed and some good combinations. This is not good enough to beat Mayweather.

I like Khan. A lot of heart (at least until he ducked fighters incase he lost a payday which he did anyway). But i think this is probably a mis-match. He found his level already. He can beat shot fighters like Collazo and fighters like Molina but anybody better he will struggle or lose. He's maybe B/C level fighter. He will go life and death with people on the level of Diaz and struggle or lose to fighters like Peterson and Garcia. This is his level. No shame in that, not everyone can be a top fighter.

Floyd would only take about 2 rounds to start timing Khan.

Khan fanboys say Khan has never been outboxed, as if he's going to outbox Floyd.

Khan does not have the pressuring ability or the strength to make his speed a factor...He will sit and try to box Floyd and Floyd will pick him apart.. Khan has sloppy footwork and lunges a lot with his chin in the air. He does not have a great jab nor does he commit to it...He has ineffective speed which means he throws sloppy combos with out any base to them. Khan is a counter punchers dream.. His timing sucks and he has no since of distance..all ya'll talk about is his speed which honestly is not all that
