I think a win for Manny surely moves him up. A win for Floyd should move him up slightly, maybe to the #9 or 10 spot, if they redo the list.

Now that the fight is over lets get some thing straight:

1. Kudos to the historians/journalist/writers that voted in this poll. They were spot on about Floyd and Manny with the rankings. Floyd is far superior.

2. Where is Floyd on this list now?-I would argue given how he dominated the guy who was considered #2 p4p, that #8 or #9 is right. Some would go higher and if they make a good case, I may agree.

3. Posters need to understand the importance of boxing skill. Manny has power but Floyd showed how advanced his skillset is.

4. Manny's spot on the list? I don't want to drop him too much, if at all, just because he lost to a fighter who is far superior. I do think his lack of trying to win at all should factor in to his ranking. An ATG wouldn't go out like that.
