No, Floyd didn't. Marquez called Floyd out and asked his promoter to make the fight. He thought his skills were on par with Floyds and he got totally dominated. Wasn't even close. Floyd didn't even use his weight advantage on Marquez but just potshotted and boxed all night.

      Its simple bro

Mayweather clearly beating Mitchell, mosley, judah, baldomir, Ortiz, hatton, maidana(2x), guerrero

Is better than a controversial dec loss. To Bradley, a ko loss to Marquez and controversial win In fight 3, then clearly beating Bradley, cotto, clottey, mosley, rios, dlh

What has Tim Bradley done at welterweight really? "luis carlos abregu", shot casamayor, juan manuel marquez, who is 2-3 as a welterweight, going life and death wtih ruslan

That my friends, does not add up to elite welterweight. Bradley is an elite 140er tho.

Brandon Rios is pure garbage period.

Juan Manuel Marquez is 2-3 as a welter and he still knocked pac the fucc out.

Chris algieri has only 20 fckin proffesioanl fights and has never fought above 140 smh

Pac fan boys will say that these are all lies tho

Toughness would of been not to retire and duck dudes in their prime. Instead he waited for them to beat it out of each other.

It is legit. JMM's weight is not the reason that Floyd had all them skills. Your a shiesty dirtbag to help push this agenda that thats the reason Floyd had all these skills, because the opponents ****** or were at a disadvantage that it gave Floyd this crazy ability.

Name one fighter in history that can fight that version of JMM, and NOT beat him. But change their entire fighting style and do a million pull counters, and defensive dipsey doodles on JMM from all angles?

We know Pernell Whitaker may outbox him but he aint doing a Mayweather showing on JMM. The best he can do is be Pernell and a Best Pernell is not a Floyd.

And btw, Floyd fought him coming off a 2 yr layoff. The best you can say is, "Well he pulled him up in weight" Fighters have been jumping up in weight, and fighting opponents who do so, for years.

But the media pretended like it was a good tool to use to discredit the win. Luckily Im not ****** so no one can debate with me and lie like thats the reason Floyd was so sharp.

I actually think Floyd would beat manny but your summary stinks of fanboyism. Clearly beating Bradley and destroying cotto trumps any Floyd victory by miles. Floyd does not fight legit threats, ever. You're such a belieber.

You can't honestly believe Floyd hasn't slowed down...By a wide margin at that. The next 2 better be handpicks
Ffs manny has a good resume but he isn't a legit 8 division champ. The ibo is not an important belt. And he fought so many freakin catchweights. I can't justify Floyd's catchweight of marquez or draining canelo but don't act like pac hasn't done the same. He's known for his catchweights. There's no other fighter who's won as many titles through catchweights. Roach even today toys with the idea of catchweights with other fighters. De la Hoya was WAY more weight drained than Canelo was. Margarito was pretty drained too.

I agree floyd made a d!ck move with the weight against marquez but pac is also guilty of draining opponents or fighting at catchweights. He has a great resume still but he isn't 8 division champ in a lot of people's eyes.

But you are **** on the money when you say floyd has slowed down. Although manny has too, it's to a lesser extent and I believe he beats floyd as he is now.

                    Ortiz sucks.

Maidana is a C level fighter by all means. He beat Broner (smaller C level fighter), which made him look good.
                    What does that prove?

That fact that Maidana is C level doesn't mean he isn't a concussive puncher. This thread is about MM being tough. If an A or even Z level fighter with proven KO power hits you clean and you don't go down you've got a chin.

Fair enough, beating a 36-year-old you dragged up 9 pounds and then cheated on the scales an extra 2 pounds is a great win.
