GGG will be back in 3-4 months giving the business to another poor soul.
Gennady Golovkin vs. Marco Antonio Rubio

GGG either flattens Froch or beats him via wide UD. Also, Froch power is overrated IMO. His perks are his chin, stamina and grinding power.Comment

He's fighting often and taking little punishment on fight night. He's probably in shape all the time because of his high activity, and he's building his brand with each fight. Next year should be his biggest yet. Cotto/Canelo, Murray, N'Dam, Korobov/Lee, Chudinov are all possibilities. He's also planning to fight four times.Last edited by kiaba360; 10-18-2014, 11:15 PM.Comment

I just made a thread about this.... but im gonna post it here. Does anybody else notice this?
Everytime he fights.... there is a LOT (not going to post names) of well known contenders, champions and prospects in boxing who tweet right around the time of his fight: something along the lines of -"hard work pays off" "doing my thing. forget the haters" etc...
and then they tweet about the fighter who fights before him, and call him a beast...... then when GGG fights and after he fights (absolutely NO mention of him) they continue with the "hard work pays the bills" tweets, etc.
Seems like Golovkin has a lot of other boxers jealous of him. I don't really get it. It's not like I'm saying everyone has to love GGG either..... but its literally like this handful of boxers just completely wish he's not there and pretend he doesn't exist lol
There's exceptions. I.E. Sergio Mora. Curtis Stevens, etc. But a lot of guys..... lets say who fight on Showtime. Pretend he doesn't exist... but you KNOW they're watching the fight because they tweet about other fights on his cards. Weird.
Just thought this was funny. Oh well.Comment
