Wilder would be in a better situation if his team knew what they were doing. So many questions still unanswered because they botched his early career. Like you said were not even sure he can take a good punch.

He was rated in the top 5 in everyones divisional rankings... maidana beat him to get a floyd fight.. going back to why a fighter gets a title shot that i posted in this thread, which is beating a top 5 fighter at least which is something thurman as failed to do which is why he doesnt deserve a fight with floyd imo....

Broner has a few good wins, some more questionable then others but at the end of the day theyre wins...pdl,litzau,demarco, paulie youngest 3 division champ he had merit and maidana beat him..

Cmon ,Manny only suddenly wants the fight. Money fuels people that need it like he does and he knows this fight will make alot and potentially help him retire sooner. Floyd for all his bad decisions seems to be in a better situation to retire comfortably. We may very well see Pac boxing way past his expiration date. I want to see this fight as much as anyone and floyd might be holding it up but Manny is the desperate one.Dont for one minute think this guy cares about whats best for boxing, he wants what best for Pac.

Floyd still has no eagerness to make the fight happen you can hear it in his voice and the way he avoids questions about Pac. The $40 million offer was a joke and a way to save face...Pac would have been an idiot to accept that... If Floyd is not ready to make the fight 60-40 in Vegas with USADA testing like Pac agreed, then Floyd and his worshipers will always have to make excuses why the fight never happened... Nobody seriously considers Floyd TBE... he's not even the best of his era..Pacquiao is..more divisions and fought more Hall of Famers in their prime...

Sorry not a good enough excuse for why the fight shouldn't happen.. if you want to be considered TBE, then you have to seek out the best opponents and biggest challenges.. you don't get to duck fights over promoters... sorry doesn't work that way in the real world...

Pac was already considered the best of this era when he won fighter of the decade... so Floyd is behind on that too and he's 3 divisions behind Pacquiao as well...
