How is that dumb? If manny said anytime, anywhere, floyd could just show up to his gym and get him to sign a contract. It was a response to the big dunn of his comment where he said pacquiao was "scared" to sign on the dotted line, but we know mayweather is just scared.

Did Mayweather not agree to everything Pac wanted? Mayweather didn't want a cutoff date for testing at all. Roach originally said that he wouldn't allow Pac to be tested within 7 days and if the testing stopped 7 days out then the fight would be made. Mayweather then agreed to stop testing 14 days out and Pac didn't walk, but ran away from the fight.
Pac says he will not only take less money, but because the fans wanted the fight he would fight for free. Then he turns down $40 mil.
I could easily go down the list of all of the ridiculous excuses Pac has made to duck this fight. But I'm sure you already know them all. Don't worry, win, lose, or draw after the Algeri fight Pac won't mention Floyd's name.
Wrong again. It was mayweather who wanted the 14 day cut off.

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao has budged. The Filipino champion is now willing will agree to Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s previous cut-off date for a rando

I don't care who it is-if you don't accept either offer you don't want the fight.

Who manny is doesn't matter. All that matters is he agrees to fight.

Now as mrs seekdagreat what she wants for dinner. If she says I really want spaghetti, you get it or make it for her, then she says I don't want it, what are you going to think?

Either she changed her mind or she really didn't want it.
Never? Who else has to sign on mayweather promotions to get the fight?
