and to answer your question. Mayweather was retired but came back and fought fat JMM two weight above his career high and cheated him on the scales and fought mosley, only cuz berto had to vacate the fight cuz of the earthquake in haiti. Negotiations were in order for the pac-floyd fight, but since floyd saw pacquiao "walk through cotto", im guessing he got scared and demanded testing.

uummm I told you the fights floyd had. Pacquiao had fights lined up, and when floyd came out of retirement he commented that he wanted to fight JMM.

Let's be honest. The facts laid out for intelligent people:

1. Fraud Jr. proposed a BS deal a few years ago that HE KNEW Pacquiao would reject as Pacquiao was just as much an A side as he was back then. So you got 2 fighters on equal terms, and you got 1 fighter making huge demands in money, testing, etc. OF COURSE IT WOULDN'T HAPPEN. It didn't even have to be Pacquiao. Any opponent on equal level as his opponent would never give up ***** to make a fight happen to feel inferior to his opponent before the bout even began.

2. Fraud Jr. has been tossing Pacquiao's name out there whenever his bouts are about to begin, just to stir interest in his usual lackluster fights due to obviously, him. It's been going on since Jr. got popular with the Pacquiao fight in question and he's been doing it since. I DO FEEL however Pacquiao's camp has caught on to that and do the same for their own benefits, but it originated from Fraud's camp.

3. The only side that has truly called out his opponent whenever asked on ESPN interviews, side interviews, little boxing page interviews, has always been Pacquiao. Fraud Jr. beats around the bush claiming every excuse possible.

In the end, if the fight does happen, as late as it is, I don't doubt Fraud Jr. will go into the fight with some advantage, (weight, gloves, ring size, PEDS), whatever it takes to get the W over his most feared rival.

Floyd had his fight coming up with ricky hatton and was negotiating a rematch with oscar which fell through then retired...bob arum who is/was cottos promoter at the time was already thinking of matching him up with margarito after cotto beat mosely, and with floyd retired and bob not wanting to work with floyd and vice versa, why would that only be floyds fault???

close but no cigar. After cotto beat mosley, he was the second best welterweight behind floyd mayweather. A fight with cotto, he had a big following along with the wbo welterweight title, and the fight with cotto-mayweather at the time would have been a big unification bout. "floyd doesnt work with bob arum doe", that was more recently, no where near the 2007-2008 years. "Im gonna retire from boxing, boxing is not gonna retire me". And floyd didnt have a match coming up with hatton. Cotto/mosley nov 2007, hatton/mayweather 2007.

Lets see herr, mosely fought mayorga in oct.2008, manny was getting ready to fight oscar...mosely beat margarito in 2009 and won the lineal title at ww, pac elects to move down to 140 then fight cotto at a cw which was not for lineal title by the way while mosely was inactive all 2009 with no opponent after saying he wanted to fight manny numerous time through the media,then signs a unification with berto that falls through..then he fights floyd..

So maybe pac wanted to fight but arum didnt work with gbp or floyd so bob arum should be the one blamed for the mayweather and mosely fight not happening in 09
