No, he simply needs to sign to fight. Mayweather has nothing to do with him refusing the fight.

TMT promotions have experience in PPV fights? Add to that the BIGGEST ppv in history if they both fight. I guess you are ok with more roadblocks. HBO doesn't matter either.

I'm sure if Floyd and pac agree to the fight, hbo and showtime will have no problem staging the fight together. They've done it before. As the great Miguel cotto once said, I'm the A side. I revenue more money, therefore we fight under my terms. I'm sure Manny and his team understand that. So again, if pac declines the fight under a 60-40 split and under TMT, who's ducking who?
