Wouldnt suprise me he cheats as hes so secretive. Everything about him is controversial, from his fight night weight, to how secretive he is about sparring footage or training footage of himself.

Its kind of common knowledge that Pac and Floyd are negotiation a fight, and then Floyd says they arent having talks?
