Pac is smart too, that's why he's fighting Jr. welterweights. The first fight to end the cold war will be Pacquiao vs. Danny Garcia. Oscar and Arum have been working on this for almost a month now. That's how I knew Arum was blowing smoke about the Floyd fight:

As for his topmost client, Roach said he would love to see Manny get it on with Danny Garcia, a 140 pound titlist. "It would be big for everybody," he said. It feels like all fight game persons are sort of waiting for the other other shoe to drop, and waiting to see which boxers are contracted to Golden Boynand Al Haymon, or just Al Haymon, or what. Roach said he hopes the movement, which saw Richard Schaefer exiting GBP, will open some doors which had been shut.
If Roach were the sole decision maker, it would be Pacquiao vs Danny Garcia...but as we know, Bob Arum is a canny deal maker.

"That's correct. Oscar called me at the ballpark, and we arranged to have our talk. When I finish with the tour in New York, I'll be flying to Los Angeles," said Arum, 82, under whom De La Hoya turned professional after winning an Olympic gold medal in 1992.
"I'll be meeting with Oscar over the weekend. I have always had a fatherly relationship with Oscar. We went through a whole period of his life, and, of course, my life, together, and I have very warm feelings about him."
"I think that we can talk about Pacquiao and Garcia. That's a fight that might make a lot of sense," said Arum, who has spoken to Pacquiao and his advisor, Michael Koncz, about Garcia.
"I've mentioned the possibility of that fight to Manny and Michael for down the road, and obviously, that's something that might be of interest to our side, and I'm glad that they have expressed interest from his side. We haven't talked about it, Oscar and I, but that's a fight we would be interested in talking about."

It's ridiculous that you would even come out your mouth with Floyd being the scared one when he's been the one doing the challenging meanwhile Pac plays ****** and hides behind Arum. This has been going on since day one. Manny is a puppet who right now is going after smaller fighters while Floyd is fighting and defeating anyone that rises to the top around him. It's clearly evident that Pac fans say things to make themselves feel better.

difference is garcia WANTS to fight pacquiao, unlike your boy floydie. When was the last time he said hell fight pacquaio?
