Other than boxing... Billiards is their bread and butter. They produce world champions in 8 ball and 9 ball quite often.

Some say, it's the best place to play competitive billiards in the world... Many there play pool for a living. If they don't win, they don't eat. That's why they are world class in pool.

Unless you live in the Philippines, subscribed to The Filipino Channel, or can understand Tagalog, you shouldn't be rant about Pac's life IN the Philippines. You only end up looking ****** because you have no idea what you're talking about.

What are you talking about, Larry? A few years ago, Pac haters always brought that sh.it up about Pac. Not only that, but they trash the entire Philippines as well. It's just that today, Pac's issues are about taxes and him joining the PBA while Floyd's are about Ms. Jackson, T.I. and Tiny, 50 Cent and literacy, Maidana and his gloves, his comments about The NFL, and now the thing with Ellerbe. Floyd always puts himself in the spotlight but unfortunately it's mostly negative attention.

Pool isn't a damn a sport. What next bass fishing, poker, and League of Legends?

You don't know what you're talking about.

Pool is a very deep and dynamic game. It requires intelligence, strategic planning, knowledge of physics, geometry. And it takes tremendous hand-eye coordination.

Shame, you have no idea .

Whilst I do not like pacman as a politician, this is a black propaganda at its best. Pacquiao doesn't need to buy votes to win the election. Besides, these issues were brought up near the election day adding to the fact that Pacman comes from the opposition group

Who gives a crap? The real question should be, Why isn't Manny and Floyd fighting? Outside that, everything else is Irrelevant.

The point is you can't argue fighters personal lives are irrelevant and then use a fighters personal life as an argument. He isn't biased (at least not in that post), he is saying that you made a statement defending Floyd essentially saying judge him as a fighter not on his personal life (why you would care is beyond me) and then you go and post something like this.

Also why does everything have to relate to Floyd, if you were going to post this and someone brings up an old statement you went straight to 'well Floyd gets taken to task for it so why shouldn't Pacquiao' instead of arguing the point that Pacquiao may or may not have his personal life overlooked.

The motive behind each and every one of your posts is obviously driven by Floyd Mayweather and even if it wasn't it seems that way etc. This actually could've been a decent thread because you might be right that people don't care about Pacquiaos personal life as much as other fighters but by going straight to 'well floyd blah blah blah...' you sound ridiculous. To weigh in, Pacquiao isn't American most media won't report on stuff like this in detail. The fact that I looked up the story and the news outlets seem to be running the same quotes as the Manila Times means it was most likely taken from there. If an American celebrity did something on a similar level you would get dozens if not hundreds of websites, papers etc. reporting on it with different view points. Greater access to the public eye, Floyd is on camera a lot more his persona is available more readily that Pacquiaos. The only time we really get to see Pac is on HBO when he is training for a fight. Much easier to control on a PR level.

Floyd served prison time for abuse. When Pac is convicted of violence against someone outside the ring, we can talk.
