I'm looking forward to this one. I think if eubank had had some proper competition leading into this and dealt with them pretty well I'd have him as the big favorite, I think he has potential, but as it is ... well it's just hard to say how good he is as he's been fighting nothing but bums.

All the credit must go to BJS, because lets be honest its been him whos been chasing Eubanks, as people wanted to see BJS try shut Junior up, or at least wanted Junior to step up the quality a bit, and he has stepped up quite a bit as it goes now. So well done Eubanks as well.
But I don't think BJS probably thinks Eubank as is bad as he says, its just, again it was BJS who was trying to get the fight, and if it meant putting Eubanks down, then so be it.

Eubank must be confident as he has sparred with Froch and didn't feel inferior I bet and was probably thinking I belong at this level.

But people questioning BJS stamina? ISnt it Eubank who hasn't proven himself over 12 rounds.

I do believe Saunders will destroy Eubank Jr because he is on an another level than Eubank not only skills wise, but the experience he has beating all these tough opponents will be key.
I thought he looked pretty **** until he landed that one shot. He even said himself that he performed "like a wanker".

I think his competition has been very good for where he is in his career and definitely leagues ahead of Eubank but I've yet to see an impressive display or be impressed by his skills.

Cool I hope this one will be like the Degale-Groves build up.

I'm late to watching Saunders so I'll have to check out some more of his fights before I develop a proper opinion on this one. I did see BJS most recent fight so if I was just to use that as a gauge...then my first impression is that Eubank Jr.'s speed-reflexes are on another level and that will be a major factor. Just an initial feeling for now...hoping to learn more about him in the build up.

          Any recommendations for his fights?

BJS looking very poor in his last fight that I am rewatching.. looks out of ideas, flatfooted, doesn't pivot enough and the biggest thing I noticed is that (maybe it's just the guy he's facing) he isn't good at finding his range and calculating the distance.. he's throwing a lot of punches out of range and getting caught, Eubank Jr has a good uppercut and I can see him landing if he lunges in out of range like that.

Mind you like Dirk Diggler said Eubank Jr has been fighting toilet cleaners and imo he hasn't really looked that impressive.

I see this as probably being a boring 12 round close split decision type fight.

Great fight, surprised its been made tbh!

Tough call, Billy Joe is solid, a real good fighter but Eubank MIGHT just be special... I dunno man
