Garrett Wilson impressed NBC by put up a very good effort on short notice against Vyacheslav Glazkov:

Wilson is a cruiser.

He fought Glazkov at heavyweight - at short notice he was over the CW limit anyway. But he normally fights at cruiserweight.

NBC touts Mchunu like he's the next great CW. On the two occasions I've seen him fight on NBC he bored me to death and to add insult to injury - I had to sit through B.J. Flores praise the guy like he was Muhammad Ali.

Mchunu is a solid fighter, nothing too special but I enjoyed watching him beat Eddie Chambers.

I'll be rooting for the underdog Wilson to pull the upset. He has a fan-friendly style and shows courage in the ring.

It's good that there will be some TV fights on the weekend. On Friday, we'll have Tarver-Banks on Fox. And on Saturday afternoon, George Groves is fighting for the European super middleweight title on Sky.
