Probably Garcia because Berto doesn't really seem to care if he gets hit with left hooks or not~. Also Berto money weapon is the upper cut in an exchange normally a lead hand hooks beats and upper cut to the mark.

Should be a solid scrap though because Berto has a pretty solid offense but Garcia is the better boxer so he should land more and be able to make Berto land just enough less.
