Adrien Broner... remember when Hopkins said he is the only guy that can beat Floyd because he has the ''slick African American style''

The answer is everybody. If you fight the right style opponent, you'll never be touched, fight the wrong style and your "slickness" is exposed. Slick is just a generic term used by people who worship P4P lists.

says the entire world, numbskull. floyd mayweather is one of the greatest defensive fighters all time, if u cant admit that much then u need to seriously consider finding a new sport.

I'm not referring to this thread topic but Floyd threads in general

This is for the most part what I think of with the word "slick". Someone used James Toney as an example earlier and I think he is probably perfect for that.

Toney could be switch between offense and defense like 10 times during an exchange. Which is what most people try to do, but just not as well as the real "slick" dudes.

Basically any black fighter that isn't a brawler. Slick went from referring a tricky and crafty fighter to be being a code word for "black".

Bradley isn't slick. At all. I always laugh when I see that.
prime hopkins could be pretty slick at times, now he is just crafty.
