Great goddamn fight, though the catchweight benefits Mandingo IMO - Gabe seems to me to be more comfortable at MW and even looks pretty big at 160.

Gabes the more skilled fighter by a margin IMO, but needs to focus on breaking up Kirklands offense and stopping him from gaining momentum. Mandingo always reminds me of the 'juggernaut' from X-men - once he gets his steam up he can look unstoppable, but can be chinny early or disrupted and spoiled by a skilled opponent (blueprinted by Molina).

My opinion? Could go either way but my money's on Gabe if they fight.

Anyone in his position will take the fights. He's not really in a position to duck fighters. I believe he's lost 3 or 4 fights in a row, and in the process had two shots at the title and continues to get opportunities to fight on Showitme/HBO.

Great fight I like both these guys and it looks like being entertaining!

Kirkland needs to shine in this fight and keep that momentum going by staying busy, he's WAY to inactive

technically 3 losses straight (Love = No Contest or something) and hasn't won a boxing match since 2012.

Rosado can land a big punch. Otherwise, don't think he takes a decision.

how is kirklands training overrated? In a war of attrition vs angulo who was the one that faded/gassed? Answer: it wasnt kirkland. Kirklands training is gritty, rugged, and grueling.

I think Rosado has about a 2 round window. After that, his chances decrease greatly.

Nahh hes taking hard fights all in a row. He could be taking soft touches. As long as he puts on entertaining fights then whats the problem with putting him on undercards on sho/hbo?

Well Wolfe had said a while ago that she opposed fighting a guy like Golovkin at 160 (this was after Kirklands last fight) without gradually going up or fighting lower level 160 guys first. So seems to me she doesn't feel he's ready to jump to 160 just yet.
