Pacman could have said yes to the PEDS test just like Floyd said yes to the 5 million per lb stipulation Manny and Arum asked for. Ariza, Roach, etc, have all agreed Manny ducked out the first time around. Imo, it was because of the peds test, and because Arum and his conspirator Michael Kuntz didn't want to risk their cash cow at the time because they thought Floyd would beat him, especially without the juice.
