Algieri would be a tough outing for Floyd

All of that movement and work rate would be too much for Floyd at this stage. Only a corrupt Vegas scorecard could keep Floyd's "0" intact after this one. Floyd needs to fight a few boxers for a change... it's crazy how he's stayed away from virtually all of them.

Algieri would give Floyd hell in the ring. Floyd never fights movers.

He is too much for Pacman, he has the hieght, reach adn back stepping all in his favor, no way little T rex arms Pac can even catch him, but Floyd will have difficulty timing him.

If Pac can beat this guy Algieri I will be shocked, it would mean he was able to improve as a boxxer, but I doubt it because he couldn't beat Mosley that easy he had trouble cutting the ring off with him and Mosley was boxing similar to algieri in terms of footwork and backstepping but he didn't throw many punches.

Algieri won't trouble floyd...he's a boxer but he has no power to worry Floyd. The Floyd currently will struggle more with power punchers sadly and I think boxers will have a harder time, he can still move and hit, but has trouble keeping up with the stronger guys.

Yeah... just look at that damn photo in your sig. Christ. Nevermind the fact that his stamina with all of that movement is about the best in the sport currently. Possibly another cherry pick gone wrong.

Floyd has handled power punching flat foot guys all the time, we never seen him fight a slick stick and mover like Algieri who is taller, longer, and moves around with stamina and punch out put for days.

I would rather see Floyd fight a mover in Khan, or Algieri, I want to see how he does agianst this type of fighter, he fights tailormade guys all the time we dont know his real skills yet unless he fights a slick boxer or a guy who has good footwork and fast hands, not just fast hands and flat foot like zab judah.

Any kind of punch worries Floyd. He's terrified of getting hit. He needs to face the slow footed fighters he's been facing in order to pick up the tells and avoid shots as much as possible.

Yeah, I'm sure he's terrified of the kick boxer with 8 KOs.

                    Not sure..

at this point algieri is a one-hit wonder...

I do think floyd would beat him, but he would really have to work hard for it.. Algieri seems to be a tough out for anyone with his reach, skills, and composure
