I wouldnt say that Quartey should lose respect because of it. Maybe the Forrest fight will offer a better pay day. Aswell, being off for as long as he has been, he may view Forrest as a better match style wise to get back rolling again. On top of that I will bet that King and his gang may be viewing Forrest as damaged goods coming back from his injury. There are alot of intangables that must be considered before saying this guy sucks or is afraid of somebody, espescially when King is the man calling the shots. King may have some diabolical plot all lined up and is just manuevering Quartey and Forrest as pawns to set up bigger things. One thing that we must remember is it is all about the money.

he is not ducking karmazin at all Veron forest is a much bigger name and a bigger payday and will do more for ikes legacy. Karmazin won his belt of of ohma who was not nearly 100 for the fight I read somewhere that he was sick and that he was haveing emotonal distress do to undisclosed events in his life. A ready to fight ohma beats karmazin 9 times out of 10. Besides when are you guys going to realize that the belts mean **** and I am glad that the fighters are starting to realize that we are seeing more and more top quality non title fights that are pruving who is the best in the divisons with out belts on the line. The ring belt is not the begin all and end all but look at the fighters that own the ring belt and tell me those guys are not the man in their devisons. Some may snicker about baldomir but he beat the man fair and square and is now the man in that divison until someone beats him. Now the ring has been a little ify in the past like giveing the belt to klistscho when he did not really earn it eventhough he was the best heavyweight the ring should had waighted till he faught the top guys in the divison not just corrie sander williams and johnson But the byrds the rahmans the ruizes. Although one must admit that the 3 names he did beat were top 15 guys. and as we have seen its not easy to make fights happen. But back to quartay he can give a **** about Karmazin belt or no because who is roman Karmazin ya he is a good fighter but forrest was an elite and thats what it is about.
