I don't like how Khan is taking weak opponents....but I am somewhat intrigued by a Khan vs Mayweather fight.

I think we've seen enough of the puncher/brawler vs Mayweather.

Sorry guys but Khan beat Maidana better than Floyd could manage in 2 fights. he took bigger shots, stayed upright and also was unlucky not to KO Maidana with a body shot. He also beat Judah much better than Floyd did. Styles make fights. Khan is too fast with his feet. Khan having a weak chin is also nonsense. He has been stopped twice, always on his feet. The Garcia punch was lucky and burst his ear drum. No one can fight on without an eardrum. You have no balance. He was winning that fight comfortably until that point. He was also stopped on his feet earlier in his career. Yes he can be knocked out, but so can any boxer - see Manny's record, or Morales.

People say Khan doesnt deserve a rematch. Did Maidana deserve one, did he deserve the fight in the first place. I mean he lost to Khan, then Alexander. he beat Jospesito Lopez and an massively over hyped Broner to get the fight. Who had Canelo beaten except the brothers of Hatton and Cotto. No one.

Khan beats Floyd with speed as Floyd doesnt have the power to KO Khan especially as he will no get tagged less under Virgil.

What does all this mean. Simple. Floyd will fight a slow fighter again who cant catch him.

Maidana didn't get the fight on the 2 losses against Khan and Alexander he got it for beating Broner and holding a world title and therefore got his shot. Khan on the other hand ducked Alexander and if he took the fight would of had something to put on the table - so ask yourself why he opted out seen that he could of fought Mayweather 5 months later in May - I'll tell you why his own camp didn't trust his chin against Alexander who is no power hitter - just take look at his fight against Diaz so go on telling yourself Khan's chin is ok. Khan fans stop promoting Khan to fight Floyd until he beats a legit welter - Guerrero and Thurman are both ready for December but they will keep ducking this kind of fighters to fight Floyd and then cry if Floyd takes someone else.

'I'll tell you why' - this is very much your opinion and nothing more. In reality, it was not big money to fight Alexander as Alexander is not a big draw anywhere. Khan was also rebuilding with a new trainer who wanted more time to work with him in the gym and yes, he couldn't commit to the fight. Khan does however have wins over two of the 3 fighters who have given him problems in Maidana and Judah. Broner was not a legit WW either so your whole point is, relatively moronic. Not the most moronic thing on here, but moronic nonetheless.

How about this?: Khan fights Maidana later this year, and if he wins, he gets the Floyd fight. I don't think Khan will go anywhere near Maidana.

Why should Khan get the fight? Based on his mouth? He's done nothing for the longest time. Fight Maidana first before you hit the Jackpot or shut up. That would be my condition if I were Floyd.
