    All Floyd had to do....

Was answer Jim Grays question with "YES, I want to fight Manny Pacquaio next" It would have went a long way in quieting some critics down. Instead we get the run around again and now he even backtracks on those comments. It's unreal how this guy calls himself TBE but runs from the only guy who would have pushed his greatness to the next level.
Great fighter but his legacy, sadly, will be remembered for a fight he never took instead of all the fights he won.

Backtrack on the comments? Did he say something during the post-fight presser? If so, post it here.

What people are calling back tracking is in a post fight interview with one of the ESPN crew, Floyd stated that a Pac fight would have to be on Shotime PPV and promoted by Mayweather Promotions.
So basically, Arum and TR would have to step-aside. To my knowledge, Floyd has no control over whether or not SHO decides to share Their Revenue with HBO. The fight could be televised by SHO with HBO getting a cut out of SHO's share.
I really think this fight will take place in May provided Pac win his next fight. Floyd has 2 fights left and I feel he's trying to make the most money possible. As of today, fighting Pac will guarantee him the most money. A khan fight in the UK will also pay him handsomely provided Khan fights and beats Brook in May.

I doubt it. Either he agrees to fight Manny in his last fight with showtime, or he saves him for that 50th fight, so he can retire at 50-0 with his biggest nemesis as his last win.

There is no way he will fight Manny in May, and then fight some other guy in September (providing he wins. If he lost to Manny, then that last date makes sense for a rematch, but he is not thinking that far ahead.)
