Cable problem! Can anyone help? Time Warner sure can't

Okay basically it's a long shot I was wondering if someone had any advice. I wanna book the fight but on channell 795 (the ppv channel) it just says "ONE MOMENT PLEASE this channel should be available shortly" and I've called time Warner and they have said their gonna send a signal or some bs and they've made me turn off the power turn it back on and all that stuff but nothing seems to work. Would this be a problem with the box or what? I'm getting stressed now....if anyone can help a fellow fight fan out let me know...thanks
