Ok so what will come from it. I have meetings all the time where nothing comes from it.

The difference being that Schaefer wouldn't have even indulged the idea of meeting with Arum. Now that he's gone, they know they both have guys that when combined can make some big PPV fights and money for both.

You seem to have a problem with both promotions working together to make really good fights, not the crap that al haymon has been putting.

Exactly. Hoya doesn't even need Arum, but Haymon is not cooperating with Hoya. Haymon would rather make his named fighters fight TBAs.

This so-called cold war is nonsense. Most of the big names in boxing are in Espinoza/Haymon's backyard. Unfortunately, they're not fighting each other.

Espinoza-Haymon team is the real scourge in boxing today.

Not exactly true he and arum went back and forth in the feud, ODLH just wants to end it. Arum for the most part has been the most vocal antagonist in the feud between the two. It seems that ODLH had or is trying to break the ice where as arum was not willing to budge.

So basically ODLH had to kiss ass. I believe this is the second meeting. so i am not sure why no co promotion have not yet taken place between TR and GBP

I don't know GGG's situation, I just know I see Arum in the ring when he fights and Top Rank banners everywhere. Plus Arum's always praising and prancing around GGG.

Didn't Cotto signed a contract with Top Rank, not long term though? I thought I read that somewhere.

As far as Chavez, it does seem as though he wants out but he needs a fight soon and they're working on something. I doubt he wants to be in legal trouble and sit on the sidelines like Ward is.

The larger scale fights are nice, but I like the WW and Jr WW fights that can be made among TR/GB fighters the most.

i heard on televisa last monday that the negotiations are taking place and that is almost a done deal, 2 fights on 2015... televisa is business partner with golden boy so they have no reason to lie... if you know televisa when it comes to sports they dont spread rumors just like that...
