for all his boxing skill he actually harmed the sport by avoiding his greatest competition while denigrating them in media as he runs, disrespecting other opponents and contracting outside their best weight constantly and when they on the slide, they wont turn the money down but its hobbling great fighters and the casual fan doesnt know the diff
His constant repellent *****made negative lack of personality, this is just PR work with ellerbe in the final stages of his career to try and manufacture a different way people will think of him
Without him there would have been more integrity and excitement and colour around 135-147 over the years, good boxer but the other crap tilts the scales imo
