Crazy how Ponce retired before Juanma but just over ago he was champion and Juanma was getting knocked out by Mickey.

But hopefully he retires after tonight. The knockout was brutal and Lopez had no answer for the aggression.
Agree. But you know what? he should've retired after the garcia fight. Hell if he wanted one more, the ponce de leon could have been his last goodbye in front of Puerto Rico with a ko win. But in his arrogance he thought he was the next best thing after Tito. We all know how it turned out

He probably shouldn't have taken the Salido rematch at FW. It was another prolonged beating at a weight he struggled to make. That fight ruined him imo.

Then again if he had fought Rod Salka instead of Cuellar he could be up there on a world Champ level...
The KO was brutal but then again it looked like one of those fights. At 31 he should rest for at least 6 months and take it easy, but I'm not 100% he has to retire right this moment.

Karma ruined him - ducking and dodging Caballero so hard, talking about money like if he was Mayweather. Shamefully avoiding that fight, which led him to Mtwaga, thinking he'd get another Andre Berto type of payout for a soft touch, only to get manhandled.

Mtwaga ruined JuanMa, Salido sealed the deal.
