But you can't refuse to fight anywhere else like Ward does after a few fights at home.

Also for those wondering why fighters wont fight at home more, its because Casinos and resorts more often pay the promotor a higher site fee to host a fight

I'm not saying that's the point you was trying to make. I agree what u said but I'm just saying that fighters can't refuse to travel the way Ward does. That's all! Lol

Maybe they think they are investing in Broner. The network may be over paying right now but in the future the can hope Broner will be a bigger draw. From the article:

That means Broner-Taylor sold 2,232 more tickets and pulled in $193,045 more than Broner-Escobedo did, more than doubling the gate.
Maybe all he needs is a few more fights for them to make money off him. He was fighting a nobody after all.

The only problem I see with this is that Broner is likely to lose if he steps up.

Lol at the live gate being smaller than Berto's purse.

Where do you get your understanding of the business from? And how do you know the US Bank Arena paid a site fee?

They have casinos in Cincinatti yet? I know they do in Toledo, but if they had ******** with their central location they could attract crowds from a pretty large area of the midwest.

Great news for The Problem! He hasn't lost a beat, just needs a good dance partner and he's back. Those tickets were pretty high up too!
