this sounds strange but Floyd would get in more hurtful shots by 'running'

the key would be to time marcos with power shots as he tries to cross no man's land--like what Floyd did to Hatton

calculated running will allow Floyd to walk him into ****

      Sure....

...hope he tries. At his diminished capacity he will reach in for the KO instead of letting it come and will get dropped.

The ony way Jr. can potentially stop Maidana is with a body shot or hurt him at least with it the same way Khan did. BUT, Khan probably has more pop than Jr. so that could be why. Other than that, Maidana never looked in much trouble in their first fight so I can't see him doing worse in this one. It's either gonna be a repeat or maybe he shows something on an aged Jr.

I think both realize they have to hurt the other, something they were close to doing but never really did in their first encounter.

Maidana is being overlooked by some. Mayweather showed age the first time and Maidana landed a lot more clean shots than most of Floyd's past opponents. Also came very close several other times to landing a bomb. He's going to try to apply intelligent pressure this time, something Castillo did. I don't think he's as good as JLC but he's facing a far older Floyd. A Floyd who won't be able to use his legs as much as he did in the Castillo rematch. A Floyd who will need to sit down on his punches this time and wear down a Maidana who won't stop coming. I can't wait.
this is how i feel...can't wait!

So if Floyd KOs Maidana, we will all know what's up! Dem Ariza Shakes worked wonders for Floyd!
Uhhh, actually it was to show that Floyd is levels above Maidana. Maidana lifted the title from Broner and was available for Floyd to pusue. Floyd pursued a welterweight who came off a spectacular win AND held the title AT welterweight.

Floyd didnt go after a title-less contender coming off a horrible loss.

What the haters immediately realized was that Maidana had a mountain to climb against Floyd, and that despite his newly acquired win and title, had little chance of beating Floyd the way he did against Broner.

But Maidana surprised many Floyd haters and you and they quickly changed their tune after watching what he was able to do to Floyd.

            Don't get it twisted.

Now, Maidana is a legitimate contender in the haters' eyes.

As bad as Maidana's defense is, his head is like a stone.

              I don't think it's gonna happen.

Well, since Floyd is juicing (he admits it), he might very well get that KO, and if he does, we'll know how he did it.

I would be fine with a 12 round ass kicking Floyd. Don't break your brittle little hands trying to KO a guy 15lbs heavier than you.

If they were the same size, I imagine Floyd pulls it off. Floyd is too small and his hands are too weak.
