overall, they lost lots of viewers. that's what the numbers are pointing out...not really hard to figure out.

Fight shows have been losing numbers steadily for some time, what exactly is YOUR point. Broner and Matthysse pulled in great numbers considering the bad press that boxing gets.

No, u are interpreting it that way. Like I said, they could have gained or they could have lost. There's no way to know from what was said. All we know is at some point the hit a million. The fight could have hit a million at the last round for all u know.

that's the numbers interepretation not mine. at some point it hit a million but the show averaged 300,000 lower than that and the main attraction is almost 200,000 lower than that. they have lost much more viewers than they could have gained...so simple.

The dude is a draw, he was drawing great ratings on HBO so nobody can deny that regardless of how ***ing annoying he is. If the skills can catch up to the hype then he could easily become one of the next big draw in boxing because he does know how to grab the attention of casuals and yes coming out with AWFUL RAPPERS does grab the attention of younger fans. Also being on Worldstarhiphop keeps him relevant even when he is NOT fighting and that website also reaching a younger audience

And regardless of his FLAWS, he does have a CASUAL FAN FRIENDLY STYLE

i only watched up to the lucas fight also, the broner fight i tried, but it was boring as hell, just two uskilled boxers fighting with their limited abilities, people say it became a good fight later on, but i doubt it, even if they started both started throwing alot more, they just have too little skills/ferocity and punching power for me to pay much attention to so i took it off at around the 5th

Broner is an attraction, he continues to prove that. He sells out arenas and he does consistently good numbers. Take it for what u want.

And that's the bottom line, which will keep investors and networks interested. They don't give a damn how good you are at your craft, they care whether you can put azzes in those seats. Azzes in seats = $$$$$$$$$
