    French light heavyweight Nadjib Mohammedi (35-3) is in Berlin and spent last week sparring with EU champion Erik Skoglund, who defends the title in Copenhagen on Saturday against Stefano Abatangelo. This week Mohammedi is sparring with WBO super middleweight ruler Arthur Abraham, who is in training for the defence against Paul Smith on September 27. Nadjib will next fight on the undercard to Hopkins vs Kovalev November 8 and is the mandatory challenger for the IBF title.
