No way this fight happens. Al Haymon has probably been on the phone for the entire weekend with Bute's management team and promoter trying to make an Adonis Stevenson/Bute fight. After all, Bute has proven that he is nothing but a B-class fighter who can draw a crowd; Showtime will definitely buy the fight, whereas they may not buy any other Stevenson fight against a crappy opponent (and HBO damn sure won't buy a Stevenson fight); and Stevenson can't draw flies, but needs a big fight to make up for the garbage that he and Haymon gave us in his last fight and his failure to make a fight with Hopkins. In other words, Bute is exactly what Haymon and Stevenson need at this point in his career.
