I think pushing off to create space or holding when an opponent gets in on you is different than hitting in the nutts, rabbit punching, or attempting to knee an opponent.

You'd be hard pressed to find 6" of unmarked space between the numerous cuts and gashes I've acumilated on my arms and hands over the years. I do something almost everyday that could leave me dead, or permanently f.ucked up. So I know a thing or two about working in a dangerous profession.

And that's why it annoys the hell outta me to see desk jockeys like many of y'all telling folks to sack up for your entertainment. Just because my job is dangerous, does it mean I should ignore all safety precautions? If I have an extremely green helper working me me that is uncomfortable doing something. Should I call him a p.ussy and tell him he should have been a nurse. I say a big, bold F.UCK NO to both. And I give a big, bold F.UCK YOU to anybody that tells me, "thats what you signed up for.

But this building I'm helping build cost a helluva lit more to build than $40M. And the amount of money that will be sued for and won would be more than $40M if it is deemed that i died in an unsafe work environment.

BTW, which one of you paid $40M to see Floyd fight. Because it has cost me significantly less in the time I followed his career post ATL.

Can someone explain to me whats wrong with what Floyd said? I would think any person with common sense would feel the same way. Then again I am posting this on NSB, so maybe I answered my own question.

You don't understand. Nobody cares what you do for a living. Floyd's income is directly a result of fans/subscribers who PAY for the pay per view fights. They can dictate who he fights by not paying for his fight(s) and limiting his income. Of course nobody individually pays for his ENTIRE purse, but collectively constitute a SIGNIFICANT potion of it. As such, the fans want to see him in COMPETITIVE fights. We want our money's worth.

You are full of rage and hatred... If it wasn't about Mayweather it would be about something else. Guys like you need something and somebody to hate and have a problem with. That's why you comment so often on these threads. You love to hate. You thrive on it. You guys who all seem to be in agreement about your hatred only want to have a conversation between yourselves like a bunch of cackling hens. When anyone has an opposing view or actually speaks on the topic of the article you completely ignore it or just lash out with an angry and vulgar post. It's just sad really. It's not right for Garcia to advocate for his fighter to intentionally break the rules. I think it's a great thing that Mayweather highlights the fact Maidana was actually given instructions to fight dirty. And the way Garcia did it was brazen and with impunity. Only an extreme hater and not a true boxing fan would support such behavior. But keep complaining and missing the point on purpose...

the top paid athlete and highest paid boxer of all time is not only completely coherent, but showing no signs of any brain trauma or speech impediment. this must make you really upset. 46 fights and is still clean of any scars, never been knocked out let alone down. he's smart about his future health whereas other fighters think they're tough because they're labeled "warriors" by vicious boxing "fans" who don't give a damn about them once they retire and can't walk a straight line or talk straight without stuttering.
