  • Calzaghe, Jones, Hopkins or Toney?

Who's the best at 168 pounds, assuming that everybody comes in at his prime--Joe Calzaghe, Roy Jones Jr., Bernard Hopkins or James Toney?

I can see Cal beating Hopkins, but not a prime Jones or Toney.

Joe COULD beat Toney, but I think Joe eventually would get caught by Toney and ****ed up bad. Toney comes out of shape, Joe whoops him. Toney just has a lot of problems with the handspeed of a guy like Joe. But Joe doesn't have as much speed of foot or hand as Roy did to quite mess with Toney so consistently.

Hopkins I feel could deal with Joe. Bernard is just too tough and has seen every style. If he can get 4 rounds off of a fairly prime RJJ, he can get 6-7 rounds off of Joe.

    Roy eventually beats them all.

Toney is my favorite fighter, I think if he had his head in the game, he would've been the greatest middleweight of all time. But I have to say that Roy Jones deserves to be called the greatest Super Middleweight of all time. I don't even like Roid.

Hopkins has never never fought at 168. But will school Cal any day.

Hopkins, Toney & Jones are way better boxer then Calzaghe ever was. That's just the fact.

roy jones already beat a prime toney and a prime hopkins so that part is settled. i didnt give joe a shot at beating lacy but thought it would go the distance. if he fought a prime roy it wouldnt go the distance that i'm fairly confident about it. roy would dominate everyone at this weight.
