Comments Thread For: Quigg To Frampton: After Jamoye - I'm Taking Your Title!

Scott Quigg has fired a warning to Carl Frampton: “after I beat Stephane Jamoye, I’m taking your World title.”

Quigg defends his WBA World Super Bantamweight title against the Belgian live on Sky Sports from the Phones 4u Arena in Manchester, and the Bury star is targeting a unification clash with the newly-crowned IBF champion from Belfast after he does the business on Saturday night.

The 25 year old is hunting a hat-trick of stoppage wins in his fourth defence of the title, and believes that the time is right for him and Frampton to get in the ring and settle their brewing rivalry.

    Excellent fight.

British boxing is on fire lately!

Frampton beats him, but it should be an excellent fight.

Ok, get over your beloved domestic battle finally and after that please don't do a rematch but fight against other title holders instead.
IMO Frampton beats Quigg. Not a bad fight otherwise just the domestic fight addiction of Brits is a little weary already. Okay, I know, the money... It's logical, just weary to hear their ****** trash talk battles over and over again.

I wouldnt watch quigg if i wanted to see skills, only to see him get beat cause its going to happen and probably by a fairly big underdog, and thats not hate thats just reality, same thing with paul smith he's going to get hammered.

this would not be a unification fight right? quigg is a interim belt holder.

my problem with quigg is he does a good cleverly impersonation he plods forwards with a high guard, he cant use angles or step back he's very basic and imo at top level someone will likely box rings around him. kid galahad would likely beat him fairly easily especialy being a southpaw.

Doubt there'll be much trash talk between these two. They actually like each other but who knows.

Yeah.....rivalries in boxing are "weary". What?

If you said this because weary isn't the proper word: English is not my first language and sometimes if I don't know some words I check it in the online vocubulary and it's sometimes gives me senseless shit answers and in reality nobody uses them... Maybe this is why I used wrong word. the term I wanted to say means a thing that I'm tired of already a little.
