i used to dislike him a lot when i first started watching boxing.
idiot sucks, tries so hard to be mayweather, talks so much ****, tries to be a rapper, super star, etc.
but u can tell he doesnt have that arrogance in him, its all just him foolin around. nice guy, naive heart i feel.

I like to watch him fight because he is not a point fighter, he is trying to hurt the guy he is fighting.

And it is obvious he is joking now when he talks smack, but still sometimes the things he says are cringeworthy but it is all in fun.

And I don't think if he loses again there will be that much backlash because he is not unbeaten anymore, and I give all fighters props for asking for hard fights.

That being said I think Luke beats him because Broner gets hit too much but it will be two guys throwing heat and trying to hurt the other guy.

I've always liked Broner. I've seen him for what he is. You can't deny the guy puts on entertaining fights, has a big fanbase, and brings a lot of attention to his fights. He's not the best pure boxer but he has good power and great speed

I've just found out that Broner had a 300-19 record at the amateurs (before he turned pro at 19 years of age). Under the circumstances it's hard to change.

Fast, brash Boxer punchers who can fight in multiple divisionsn who make every effort to sell their fights, actually sell seats and make your tv viewing entertaining are always good for boxing.

I don't really find him entertaining. Some guys like Chael Sonnen or Mike Tyson actually achieve brilliant satire with their trash talking and really make you laugh.

Broner is just some guy who realized dancing around and doing dumb facial expressions makes people look at him. He's just so standard.

That's true, Chael Sonnen was kind of funny for the first year or so and then it got old because he was trying way too hard after that, and he could not back it up in the fight even when he was juiced to the gills.

Broner is cringeworthy most of the time but at least he tries to back it up in the ring

I think Broner showed who he was after the Maidana fight by basically owning up to the loss. Gained a lot of respect for him after that to be honest.
